More than just consultants, we are partners with our clients, and have a relentless commitment to working with non-profit organizations.

NorthStar is proud to partner with both public and private sector clients.  We have done work for a range of clients in multiple industries:  City and County Agencies, Construction Companies, Schools, Native American Tribes, Non-profit Organizations, Health Care Entities, Utility Companies, Local Developers, and Small Businesses. 

Our Community

Enhancing our community comes in many forms including both infrastructure support and individual support for organizations like the Boys & Girls Club, Habitat for Humanity, and CSU Chico Civil Engineering Department to name a few. We love to partner with organizations that support kids, promote education, and honor our veterans. We set aside 4% of our yearly profit for sponsorships and donations and provide in-kind professional services to multiple organizations throughout the year.
