After the design phase is complete, NorthStar will assemble a comprehensive application package for review and approval by the local agency. With decades of experience handling Tentative Maps—both Subdivision and Parcel—Annexations, Rezonings, Use Permits, and nearly all other types of entitlements, we ensure a smooth and efficient process.

In this phase of the project, we will collaborate closely with agency staff to navigate the review process, addressing any issues that may arise along the way.

NorthStar’s team will present and strategically advocate for projects at all necessary public hearings. This process typically involves meeting with appointed and elected officials, neighborhood groups, and other stakeholders in advance of the hearings to ensure thorough preparation.
