Tim Alldrin, _PLS

Associate Surveyor

Tim is an Associate Surveyor at NorthStar who initially joined the team as an Intern in 2017. He grew up in Chico but left to attend Oregon Institute of Technology where he earned a B.S. in Geomatics with a GIS minor. Upon graduation in 2019, Tim was offered a full-time position at NorthStar, and he has since attained his Professional Land Surveyor license.

He appreciates that NorthStar allows him to work on a variety of projects often hand in hand with the civil engineers on a variety of construction projects. Tim’s most recent projects include the Paradise Unified School District Site Surveys, Yuba County Water and South Feather Water and Power Dam Deformation Monitoring

Tim is an Eagle Scout and enjoys everything outdoors, but especially hiking and backpacking. His dream is to visit all the national parks, but while he is planning his adventures, he enjoys movie nights with his wife. On Sunday mornings you will usually find him reading a book in his backyard, his two sheltie dogs curled up nearby. Tim is a hardworking problem solver who is inspired by learning new things, especially if it involves technology or outdoor skills.
