Artois Well and Water System Expansion Project

NorthStar had the opportunity to work with the Artois Community Services District (ACSD) on the Artois Well and Water System Expansion Project, supported by California's Small Community Drought Relief Program. This project was crucial for delivering reliable water services to homeowners on Artois's south side, a community hit hard by ongoing drought conditions.
Our role as consultants included designing and overseeing the installation of about 4,250 feet of new water mainline and lowering an existing well pump to address declining groundwater levels. NorthStar also handled project documentation, managed the bidding process, assisted with contractor selection, and provided construction administration. We ensured project timelines, funding, and documentation flowed smoothly in collaboration with the California Department of Water Resources.
It was an honor to contribute to a project that strengthens long-term water security for the Artois community.
