NorthStar Engineering is a multi-disciplinary engineering, land surveying, and environmental firm specializing in municipal infrastructure design, land development, onsite waste water systems, land surveying, environmental consulting, planning and development permit processing, and building design.  NorthStar Engineering has been established in Chico, California since 1983.

Our clients range from large corporations and government agencies to individual homeowners and contractors. We have engineers and surveyors who are licensed in California, Oregon, and Nevada allowing us to assist our clients with projects in neighboring states.
